*Islam Bahbah Abdel Latif* was born in Egypt in 1987, carrying within him a unique passion for challenge and creativity. Little did he know that his later diagnosis with *Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)* would be the key to an exceptional journey, in which he transformed “chaos” into art, and “distraction” into creativity. He graduated from *Helwan University* with honors in Special Education (2009), and his journey into the world of people with special needs began, where he saw in difference a new language for understanding humanity.

🎯 Vision: Redefining “Normal”

“My brain is like a plane that takes off before others have finished taking off” — this is how Islam sums up his philosophy. He founded Step by Step in Kuwait, not as a business venture, but as a revolutionary movement that combines:  

- *Technology*: Smart cameras and integrated safety systems for children with autism.  

- *Comprehensive Rehabilitation*: “Speak Clinic” for speech disorders, and “Home Hospital” for home care.  

- *SOCIAL INNOVATION*: Scientifically designed sensory clothing for children with autism, SBS Clothing reduces annoying sensory stimulation.

📚 Legacy: Writing a More Inclusive Future*  

Islam is currently working on:  

- Author of the book “Step by Step: The New Special Education”*, which tells his story with ADHD and how to turn challenges into opportunities.  

- Expanding the “Intilaka” project to discover the talents of autistic children and integrate them into the labor market.  

- Launching the “ADHD is not a barrier” initiative, with the aim of changing the stereotype of neurological disorders in the Arab world.

An inspiring leader in the field of health rehabilitation, she has been managing the *SPEAK* clinic since its establishment in 2021, where she has successfully led the team to achieve the clinic’s vision of providing integrated services for people with special needs. She combines a distinguished academic background with exceptional leadership skills, making her a fundamental pillar in developing institutional work.  

Leadership experience

- Established and developed the clinic’s work since its inception, and laid down organizational and practical foundations to ensure the quality of services provided.  

- Led a multidisciplinary team (medical, technical, rehabilitation) to achieve integration between the speech, language and motor aspects of patients.

- She holds a *Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hotel Management*, which gave her unique management skills.  

- She pursued her passion for humanity and obtained a *Postgraduate Studies in Speech and Language Disorders and Special Needs*, establishing a specialized career path.

- I supervised the technical structure of the clinic in all its departments, and ensured that the rehabilitation programs were in line with the latest international standards.
